Key Responsibilities

• Safely transport employees, clients, and materials to designated locations on time

• Plan and optimize routes using GPS/navigation apps to avoid traffic and delays

• Conduct daily pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections (fuel, oil, tire pressure, cleanliness)

• Maintain accurate logs of mileage, fuel usage, maintenance, and any incidents

• Report vehicle issues, breakdowns, or accidents promptly to the HR Manager
  Assist with loading/unloading items when needed

• Ensure vehicle cleanliness and upkeep (interior & exterior)

• Provide courteous and professional service, upholding company standards
  
  Required Qualifications & Skills

• Valid Indian Light Motor Vehicle (LMV) driving license

• Clean driving record with no major violations

• Basic education (high school diploma or equivalent)

• Good knowledge of Punjab roads and traffic regulations

• Proficient with GPS and navigation tools 

• Strong communication, punctuality, and reliability
