Core Responsibilities

• Safe Operation: Operating the vehicle in a safe, efficient, and legal manner, following all traffic laws and safety regulations.

• Transportation: Transporting clients, staff, goods, or materials to designated locations in a timely fashion.

• Route Planning: Using GPS and knowledge of the area to plan the most efficient routes and adapt to real-time traffic or weather conditions to ensure punctuality.

• Vehicle Maintenance & Cleanliness: Performing routine pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and maintenance checks, arranging for necessary repairs, and ensuring the vehicle is clean and presentable at all times.

• Documentation: Maintaining accurate records of trips, mileage, fuel consumption, and maintenance logs.

• Customer Service: Interacting with passengers or clients in a professional and polite manner, assisting with loading and unloading belongings or cargo, and addressing inquiries or concerns.
