Safely drive company vehicles to transport staff, guests, or materials
Pick up and drop off employees, clients, or deliveries as per schedule
Plan routes using GPS and local knowledge to avoid delays
Ensure timely delivery and adherence to schedules
Load and unload goods when required
Maintain vehicle cleanliness, hygiene, and good condition
Conduct daily vehicle checks (fuel, oil, brakes, tyres, etc.)
Follow all traffic rules and company safety policies
Maintain trip logs, fuel records, and mileage reports
Report any accidents, damages, or maintenance issues immediately
Assist with office or operational errands when required
Maintain professional behavior with guests and staff
