Training Duration: Training Batch (As per company program)

Job Summary:
Cars24 is hiring candidates for the position of Evaluation Engineer cum Driver for the Pune location. Selected candidates will undergo a structured training program where they will learn vehicle inspection, evaluation processes, and driving responsibilities. After successful completion of the training, candidates will be responsible for evaluating vehicles and safely driving them as per operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed vehicle inspections and evaluations as per Cars24 guidelines.

• Identify and report vehicle condition, damages, and technical issues.

• Prepare accurate inspection reports and documentation.

• Safely drive vehicles for inspection, movement, and operational purposes.

• Perform road tests to assess vehicle performance.

• Ensure proper handling and safety of vehicles during movement.

• Maintain coordination with the operations and inspection teams.

• Follow company quality standards and safety protocols.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Qualification: ITI / Diploma / 12th Pass (Automobile / Mechanical preferred).

• Driving License: Valid LMV driving license is mandatory.

• Basic knowledge of automobile components and vehicle systems.

• Ability to perform vehicle inspection and documentation.

• Good communication and basic reporting skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile:
