Job Overview:
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Delivery Driver & Loader for our building materials shop. You will be responsible for safely transporting goods from our shop to customer locations, as well as helping with the loading and unloading of materials.
Key Responsibilities:
Driving: Safely drive the shop’s delivery vehicle to various customer sites.
Loading & Unloading: Regularly load and unload heavy materials, including cement bags and paint buckets.
Special Materials: Handle the loading/unloading of TMT bars and bricks (Note: Extra payment will be provided for these specific materials).
Customer Service: Ensure materials are delivered safely and politely to customers.
Vehicle Care: Keep the delivery vehicle clean and report any maintenance issues.
Requirements:
Must hold a valid Commercial Driving Licence (DL) suitable for the shop's vehicle.
Must be physically fit and capable of lifting heavy loads (like cement bags).
Prior experience driving commercial or delivery vehicles is preferred.
Honest, punctual, and reliable.
