Job Summary:
We are seeking a responsible, disciplined, and professional Car Driver to provide safe and timely transportation services for company personnel, clients, and visitors. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining the assigned vehicle in good condition, ensuring compliance with traffic regulations, and supporting administrative transportation requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Driving & Transportation
Safely drive company vehicles to transport employees, management, clients, and visitors.
Ensure timely pick-up and drop-off as per assigned schedules.
Plan routes efficiently to avoid delays and ensure punctuality.
Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
Vehicle Maintenance
Conduct daily vehicle inspections before and after trips.
Maintain vehicle cleanliness, both interior and exterior.
Monitor fuel levels, engine oil, coolant, tire pressure, and other vehicle requirements.
Coordinate routine servicing, repairs, and maintenance as required.
Immediately report any vehicle defects, accidents, or breakdowns.
Documentation & Compliance
Maintain accurate vehicle logbooks, mileage records, and fuel consumption reports.
Keep vehicle documents such as Registration Certificate (RC), Insurance, Pollution Under Control (PUC), and permits updated and available.
Ensure compliance with company transport policies and legal requirements.
Required Qualifications:
Minimum 10th Pass or equivalent.
Valid LMV (Light Motor Vehicle) Driving License.
Clean driving record with no major traffic violations.
Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting.
Experience:
Minimum 5 - 6 years of experience as a professional driver.
Experience driving senior management or corporate staff preferred.
Familiarity with local routes and surrounding areas.
Skills & Competencies:
Excellent driving skills and road safety awareness.
Good knowledge of traffic rules and regulations.
Punctual, reliable, and disciplined.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or extended shifts if required.

On-time pick-up and drop-off percentage.
Zero major traffic violations or accidents.
Vehicle maintenance and cleanliness standards.
Fuel efficiency and proper vehicle usage.
Compliance with documentation and reporting requirements.
Feedback from management and passengers.
Working Conditions:
May involve local and outstation travel.
Must be available for emergency transportation requirements when needed.
