Job Description – Driver cum Office Assistant

Location: Kothrud, Pune, Maharashtra

- Key Responsibilities :

• Drive company/management vehicles safely and responsibly.

• Provide transportation to directors, management, employees, clients, and visitors as instructed.

• Maintain punctuality for meetings, airport/railway station transfers, client visits, and other official travel.

• Follow traffic rules and maintain proper driving discipline.

• Keep the vehicle clean and in good condition.

• Check fuel, tyres, oil, battery, and other basic vehicle requirements regularly.

• Handle routine office errands such as banks, courier services, post office, vendors, and other official visits.

• Collect and deliver documents, files, cheques, policies, and other office material as instructed.

• Assist in arranging meeting rooms and refreshments for meetings.

• Support printing, photocopying, scanning, filing, and basic office work when required.

• Assist the administration team with stationery and office-supply requirements.

• Help maintain cleanliness and proper arrangement of common office areas.

• Assist in receiving visitors and directing them to the appropriate person.

• Support management and office staff with other reasonable administrative requirements.

• Maintain strict confidentiality of company documents, client information, management schedules, and other sensitive information.

• Minimum 10th / 12th standard qualification.

• Valid LMV driving licence.

• Good knowledge of Pune city and surrounding areas.

• Trustworthy and disciplined.

• Flexible to handle driving as well as office-support responsibilities.

• It is a Full Time Driver job for candidates with 1 - 6+ years Experience.
