Role Summary:
Operate various types of cranes to lift, move, position, and place heavy loads and equipment safely and efficiently at the factory.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate mobile, tower, overhead, or crawler cranes as per job requirements and manufacturer guidelines
Conduct pre-operation safety checks of crane, rigging, and lifting gear; report any defects
Read and interpret load charts; ensure proper load balance and stability before lifting
Coordinate with riggers, signalers, and supervisors using hand signals or radio communication
Follow all safety regulations, standards, and company policies
Maintain logbooks, inspection records, and necessary documentation
Perform routine maintenance such as cleaning, lubrication, and minor repairs
Requirements:
Only male candidates are eligible for the requirement
Minimum 2+ years of experience operating cranes (preferred)
Strong hand-eye coordination, depth perception, and mechanical aptitude
Ability to read load charts and basic blueprints
Physically fit; able to work at heights and in outdoor conditions
