The Delivery Person is responsible for the safe, timely, and accurate delivery of pharmaceutical products to hospitals, pharmacies, distributors, doctors’ clinics, and other authorized customers while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
Deliver pharmaceutical products to assigned locations as per daily delivery schedule.
Ensure correct quantity, batch number, and product condition at the time of delivery.
Collect delivery acknowledgments, invoices, and payment (if applicable).
Maintain product safety, hygiene, and temperature requirements during transit.
Load and unload products carefully to avoid damage.
Coordinate with warehouse, sales, and accounts teams for smooth deliveries.
Maintain delivery records, vehicle logbook, and fuel usage details.
Follow company SOPs, regulatory guidelines, and safety norms.
Report delays, shortages, damaged goods, or customer issues immediately.
Maintain cleanliness and basic maintenance of the delivery vehicle.
Minimum 10th/12th pass (preferred).
Valid two-wheeler/four-wheeler driving license.
Prior experience in pharma or medical delivery preferred.
Basic knowledge of invoices, challans, and delivery documentation.
Good knowledge of local routes and areas.
