Job Description – Personal Driver (Company Founder)

Position: Personal Driver to Founder

Job Responsibilities:

Safely drive the Founder to meetings, office, airport, and other destinations.

Ensure timely pickups and drop-offs while planning efficient routes.

Maintain the luxury vehicle in excellent condition (cleanliness, fuel, servicing, and regular inspections).

Follow all traffic rules and ensure safe driving at all times.

Keep travel schedules and personal information strictly confidential.

Be flexible with working hours, including early mornings, late evenings, weekends, or outstation travel when required.

Coordinate with the office team regarding travel schedules and updates.

Maintain records of fuel, tolls, servicing, and vehicle documents.

Requirements:

Valid driving license with a clean driving record.

Minimum 3–5 years of experience driving luxury cars for senior executives, business owners, or VIPs.

Good knowledge of local routes and navigation.

Well-groomed, punctual, polite, and professional.

Trustworthy, disciplined, and able to maintain confidentiality.

Basic understanding of English/Hindi communication.

Willing to work flexible hours and travel when required.

Preferred:

Non-smoker with excellent professional conduct.
