Key Roles & Responsibilities:
Safely operate company vehicles (cars, vans, or delivery vehicles) for transporting employees, goods, or documents.
Ensure timely delivery of medical equipment, spare parts, and materials to hospitals, clients, or distributors.
Assist in loading and unloading of equipment, ensuring proper handling of sensitive/fragile medical devices.
Maintain accurate delivery logs, trip sheets, and vehicle-related documentation.
Follow all traffic rules, safety regulations, and company policies while driving.
Ensure the vehicle is clean, well-maintained, and serviced regularly.
Conduct daily vehicle inspections (fuel, oil, brakes, tires, and lights) and report issues immediately.
Coordinate with the logistics/dispatch team for route planning and timely delivery schedules.
Provide support in collecting raw materials, consumables, or documents from vendors/suppliers.
Assist in emergency deliveries of medical equipment or spare parts as required.
Maintain confidentiality of company information during transport.
Uphold professional behaviour with clients, vendors, and company staff.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Minimum 10th/12th standard education (preferred).
Valid driving license for LMV/Commercial vehicle (as applicable).
2–5 years of driving experience .
Knowledge of local routes, traffic rules, and road safety.
Disciplined work ethic.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or emergencies if required.
