Company Driver

Job Objective
Company Driver ka main objective hai company ke staff aur material ko safely, time par aur responsible manner me required location tak le jaana. Vehicle ki safai, maintenance aur documentation ka bhi zimma driver ka hoga, taaki operations smooth chale aur kisi bhi emergency me immediate support diya jaa sake.

Key Responsibilities (KRA)

· Material Pickup & Drop – Required site se material uthana aur designated site/office tak safe aur timely pohchana.

· Staff Pickup & Drop – Company staff ko office, site aur specified locations tak safe aur punctual drop/pick karna.·
Sunday Duty - Sunday ko bhi company requirement ke hisaab se duty par ready rehna.
· Log Book & Documentation – Daily travel log maintain karna (distance covered, fuel used, route taken). License, Registration, Insurance, Pollution Certificate jaise documents hamesha update aur available rakhe.
.Vehicle Safety & Compliance – Vehicle ko traffic rules ke according chalana (seat belt, speed limit, signal follow karna). Koi accident/traffic violation/problem hoti hai to turant reporting karna.
· Vehicle Maintenance & Cleaning – Regular cleaning (week me 4–5 baar). Fuel level, tyre pressure, brake, engine oil aur vehicle condition check karna. Servicing/repair requirements timely inform karna.

· Emergency Handling – Vehicle breakdown ya emergency me turant company ko inform karna aur suitable action lena.

· Time Management – Trip hamesha scheduled time par complete karna. Delay hone par immediately reporting karna.

· Professional Conduct – Company staff, clients aur officers ke saath polite aur respectful behaviour maintain karna. Confidentiality maintain karna aur sensitive information leak na karna.

Additional Responsibilities (Company Specific)
· Project Material Handling Support – Material loading/unloading me support karna, fire safety materials (pipes, valves, extinguishers, pumps) safely deliver karna, aur receiving sign ensure karna.
· Coordination & Communication – Daily travel plan Admin/Project Manager ke saath align karna, WhatsApp/phone ke through timely update dena, aur urgent deliveries ke liye ready rehna.
· Documentation & Office Support – Official documents (Fire NOC files, approvals, challans, cheques, invoices) securely deliver karna, confidentiality ensure karna.
· Vehicle Safety & Company Branding – Vehicle par lagaye gaye company logo/branding stickers maintain karna aur professional image ensure karna.
· Resource Utilization & Cost Saving – Fuel efficiency maintain karna, optimum routes select karna, aur unnecessary running avoid karna.
· Behaviour & Company Culture – Client sites pe politely behave karna, company policies (no alcohol, no personal use) strictly follow karna, aur confidentiality maintain karna.

Eligibility Criteria
· Valid Driving License (LMV/Commercial as required).
· Minimum 2–5 years ka safe driving experience.
· Local routes & city/state highways ki achi knowledge.
· Vehicle maintenance ka basic knowledge.
· Physically fit aur long-distance travel ke liye tayar.
