Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible, experienced, and professional Car Driver to safely transport company officials, employees, and guests. The ideal candidate should have excellent driving skills, a clean driving record, and a strong commitment to safety, punctuality, and vehicle maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely drive company-owned automatic vehicles as assigned.

• Transport senior management, employees, guests, and visitors to designated locations.

• Ensure timely pick-up and drop-off while adhering to all traffic rules and road safety regulations.

• Maintain cleanliness and proper upkeep of the assigned vehicle.

• Perform daily vehicle inspections, including fuel, engine oil, coolant, tyre pressure, brakes, lights, and battery.

• Coordinate periodic servicing and report any mechanical issues immediately.

• Maintain vehicle logbooks, travel records, and fuel consumption records.

• Use Google Maps/GPS for efficient route planning.

• Ensure all vehicle documents are valid and available in the vehicle.

• Be available for local and outstation travel as required.

• Maintain confidentiality, professionalism, and courteous behaviour while on duty.

Eligibility

• Minimum qualification: 10th Pass.

• 3–5 years of experience driving automatic cars.

• Valid LMV (Light Motor Vehicle) Driving Licence.

• Good knowledge of city routes, highways, and traffic regulations.

• Familiarity with Google Maps/GPS navigation.

• Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance.

• Good communication skills and a professional attitude.

Mandatory Requirements

• Valid LMV (Light Motor Vehicle) Driving Licence.

• Police Verification Certificate is mandatory.

• Clean driving record with no history of major accidents.

• No record of serious traffic violations, reckless driving, or driving under the influence (DUI).

• Physically fit with good eyesight and medically fit to perform driving duties.

• Willingness to work flexible hours, weekends, and travel outstation whenever required.

Preferred Skills

• Experience driving senior management or corporate executives.

• Punctual, disciplined, trustworthy, and well-groomed.

• Strong sense of responsibility and safety.

• Ability to remain calm and handle emergencies effectively.

Documents Required

• Valid LMV Driving Licence.

• Police Verification Certificate (Mandatory).

• Aadhaar Card and PAN Card.

• Previous Employment/Experience Certificates.

• Passport-size Photographs.

• Medical Fitness Certificate (Preferred).

• It is a Full Time Driver job for candidates with 3 - 5 years of experience.
