Wisteria Fleet Solutions is looking for responsible and professional Cab Drivers to join our Employee Transportation Services (ETS) team. The role involves safely transporting employees to and from designated locations while ensuring punctuality, comfort, and excellent customer service.

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month + Incentives & Company Benefits

Key Responsibilities:

- Safely transport employees as per assigned pickup and drop schedules.

- Follow designated routes and ensure timely arrival and departure.

- Maintain high standards of customer service and professional behavior.

- Ensure vehicle cleanliness, hygiene, and roadworthiness at all times.

- Conduct daily vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues promptly.

- Adhere to all traffic regulations and company safety policies.

- Use GPS/navigation systems efficiently to optimize routes.

- Maintain trip records, fuel logs, and other required documentation.

- Immediately report accidents, breakdowns, delays, or any operational issues to the supervisor.

Job Requirements:

- Minimum qualification: Below 10th / 10th Pass or above.

- Experience: 1–6+ years of driving experience.

- Valid commercial driving license with a clean driving record.
