Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Safely operate company-provided vehicles (Wagon-R 2024–25 model) for daily duties.
Drive on ride-hailing platforms such as Ola, Uber, Rapido, Bharat Taxi, inDrive, etc.
Maintain punctuality and adhere to assigned duty hours (12 hours/day under certain models).
Ensure compliance with traffic rules and regulations; avoid fines and challans.
Keep the vehicle clean and report any issues promptly to the company.
Meet daily revenue targets (for Target to Drive model) and maximize incentives.
Coordinate with company management for roster schedules, vehicle inspections, and documentation.
Provide excellent customer service to passengers, ensuring safety and comfort.
Submit accurate records for reimbursements (fuel, platform commission, state taxes – as applicable).
Uphold company values of transparency, responsibility, and professionalism.
