Cab Driver

We are looking for a Cab Driver to join our team to provide safe and reliable passenger transport. The role involves driving passengers to their destinations while maintaining a high standard of customer service. This role is strictly for passenger transport — not goods or parcel delivery. The position offers a monthly salary of ₹20,000 - ₹40,000. Candidates must ensure timely and safe pickups and drop-offs, contributing to a comfortable ride experience for every passenger.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive passengers safely and comfortably to their designated destinations

• Confirm ride/trip details and follow the assigned route or app navigation accurately

• Assist passengers with boarding and alighting, and with luggage where required

• Maintain the vehicle's cleanliness and ensure it is presentable for passengers

• Process fare payments when required and issue receipts to passengers

• Follow traffic and transportation laws for safe operations

• Perform basic vehicle checks (fuel, tyres, lights, AC) before starting the shift

Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is below 10th and 0 - 6 months of experience. Candidates must hold a valid LMV (Light Motor Vehicle) driving license for transport/commercial vehicles (badge required as per local RTO rules). Must be an expert in route planning, time management and customer interaction. Prior experience in cab or passenger transport driving will be an added advantage
