Job Description – Car Driver

We are looking for Car Drivers (Automatic EV) to join our team at Ashtami EV Logistics Pvt Ltd. The primary responsibility includes transporting passengers safely and efficiently from one location to another while maintaining the highest level of service. Key Responsibilities

1. Follow designated routes and ensure timely pickups and drops.

2. Maintain vehicle cleanliness and ensure regular servicing and inspections.

3. Follow all traffic rules and prioritize safety at all times.

4. Drive assigned automatic electric vehicles as per the daily schedule.

5. Maintain accurate records of trips, charging, and vehicle-related expenses.

6. Report any vehicle issues or breakdowns immediately to the operations team.

7. Maintain polite behaviour, proper grooming, and excellent customer service at all times.

Job Requirements

1. Minimum qualification as per company standards.

2. Valid driving license (automatic preferred).

3. Basic knowledge of GPS or navigation apps for efficient routing.

4. Punctual, disciplined, and customer-focused.

5. Good communication skills and professional behaviour.

Additional Conduct & Compliance

1. Strictly no alcohol, gutkha, tobacco, smoking, or narcotics during duty.

2. Uniform and company-issued photo ID must be worn at all times.

3. Daily vehicle hygiene (interior and exterior) is mandatory.

4. Follow EV battery and charging discipline (maintain SoC between 20%–96%).

5. Any cash collected must be submitted to the supervisor/accounts team after each shift.

6. 100% attendance expected;

7. unapproved absence will be treated as leave without pay.
