afe Operation: Driving buses on assigned routes, following schedules, obeying all traffic laws, and ensuring passenger safety at all times.
Vehicle Maintenance: Performing daily inspections (tires, fluids, brakes, lights) and reporting any mechanical issues.
Passenger Assistance: Helping passengers, including those with disabilities, board, exit, and stow luggage; collecting fares or checking tickets.
Communication & Discipline: Interacting with dispatch, passengers, and parents; maintaining order and managing student behavior.
Documentation: Completing logs for hours driven, incidents, or mechanical problems.
Route Management: Staying on schedule, informing passengers of delays, and handling unexpected route changes.
