Bus Driver

• afely drive the company bus along the fixed route (Maduranthagam ⇌ Tambaram).

• Pick up workers from Maduranthagam in the morning and drop them at Tambaram.

• In the afternoon, pick up workers from Tambaram and drop them back at Maduranthagam.

• Ensure the bus is in good running condition before and after every trip (daily checks for fuel, brakes, tires, lights, etc.).

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene inside the bus.

• Adhere to all traffic rules, road safety norms, and company policies.

• Handle the bus with care, avoiding rash driving and unnecessary fuel consumption.

• Report any vehicle breakdowns, accidents, or issues immediately to the transport/HR department.

• Keep a proper log of trips, timings, and mileage.

• Ensure the safety of workers during travel (proper seating, safe boarding & deboarding).
