Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and motivated Rider to pick up and deliver parcels, documents, or packages safely and on time. The ideal candidate should have strong navigation skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Pick up and deliver shipments within the assigned service area.
Ensure timely, accurate, and safe delivery of parcels.
Verify shipment details before pickup and delivery.
Obtain proof of delivery, including customer signatures or digital confirmation.
Collect cash-on-delivery (COD) payments when required and submit them as per company procedures.
Use GPS and mobile applications to navigate delivery routes.
Maintain accurate delivery records and update delivery status in the company system.
Report delivery delays, damaged shipments, or customer issues to the supervisor.
Keep the assigned vehicle clean and ensure basic maintenance.
Follow all traffic rules, road safety guidelines, and company policies.

Qualifications

Minimum education: 10th Pass or equivalent.
Valid two-wheeler driving license.
Own bike/scooter with valid registration, insurance, and pollution certificate (if required).
Basic knowledge of smartphone applications and Google Maps.
Previous delivery or courier experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
