Job Title: Delivery Rider / Pickup & Delivery Boy

Location: Uttam Nagar

Role Summary:

Customer se pickup & delivery time par karna + polite behavior maintain karna

Key Responsibilities:

1. Pickup & Delivery:

Time par orders pickup aur deliver karna
Correct address/location par jana (Google Maps use)
Kapde safely handle karna

2. Customer Interaction:

Customer se politely baat karna
Payment collect karna (cash/UPI)
Basic queries handle karna

3. Operations Support:

Daily route follow karna
Pickup/delivery records update karna
Bike & documents properly maintain karna

4. Sales Support (Bonus):

Nearby customers se baat karke leads lana
Visiting card/pamphlet distribute karna

Requirements:

Valid driving license + own bike (preferred)
Basic smartphone knowledge (WhatsApp, Maps)
Honest & punctual
Area knowledge helpful

Simple Expectation:

“Pickup & delivery time pe ho, customer khush rahe.”
