• Ensure all documents are handled with confidentiality and reach the designated department/person within the stipulated time.

• Obtain necessary signatures and approvals as instructed by the reporting department.

• Maintain a daily log of documents transported and submitted.

• Report delays, issues, or unusual occurrences to the Admin/HR department immediately.
