कार्य सारांश (Job Summary):

हम एक जिम्मेदार और भरोसेमंद बाइक राइडर की तलाश कर रहे हैं, जो फील्ड से जुड़े कार्य जैसे डिलीवरी, डॉक्यूमेंट कलेक्शन और ऑन-साइट सपोर्ट संभाल सके। उम्मीदवार समय का पाबंद हो और स्थानीय मार्गों की अच्छी जानकारी रखता हो।

मुख्य जिम्मेदारियां (Key Responsibilities):

दस्तावेज़, पार्सल या मेडिकल सैंपल (यदि लागू हो) को सुरक्षित और समय पर पिकअप एवं डिलीवरी करना
क्लाइंट लोकेशन, अस्पताल या कार्यालयों का दौरा करना
डिलीवरी और कलेक्शन का सही रिकॉर्ड बनाए रखना
ट्रैफिक नियमों और सुरक्षा दिशा-निर्देशों का पालन करना
वाहन की देखभाल करना और किसी भी समस्या की सूचना देना
दैनिक कार्यों के लिए ऑफिस टीम के साथ समन्वय करना

योग्यता (Eligibility Criteria):

न्यूनतम शैक्षणिक योग्यता: 10वीं / 12वीं पास
वैध टू-व्हीलर ड्राइविंग लाइसेंस (अनिवार्य)
स्थानीय क्षेत्रों और मार्गों की जानकारी
सामान्य संचार कौशल

अनुभव (Experience):

फ्रेशर या 0–2 वर्ष का अनुभव (डिलीवरी/फील्ड कार्य में)

आवश्यक कौशल (Skills Required):

समय प्रबंधन
ईमानदारी और जिम्मेदारी
बेसिक डॉक्यूमेंट हैंडलिंग
ग्राहकों के साथ अच्छा व्यवहार

वेतन एवं लाभ (Salary & Benefits):

वेतन: ₹12,000 – ₹25,000 प्रति माह (अनुभव के अनुसार)
फ्यूल अलाउंस / यात्रा भत्ता (यदि लागू हो)
मोबाइल अलाउंस (यदि लागू हो)

कार्य समय (Working Hours):

प्रतिदिन 8–10 घंटे (आवश्यकता अनुसार)
साप्ताहिक अवकाश कंपनी नीति के अनुसार
