Job Summary:

We are looking for reliable and hardworking Delivery Executives to join our e-commerce logistics team. The candidate will be responsible for safely delivering packages to customers at their doorstep within a specific area. This is a field job that requires good time management, customer service, and basic smartphone handling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick up packages from the warehouse or designated hub.

• Deliver orders to customers at their provided address.

• Collect payments (if applicable) and ensure proper documentation.

• Obtain delivery confirmation and update delivery status in the mobile app.

• Handle products with care to avoid damage during delivery.

• Follow route and time schedules efficiently.

• Communicate with dispatch or supervisors for updates and route issues.

• Maintain a professional and customer-friendly attitude during deliveries.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum 10th pass (preferred).

• Must have a valid two-wheeler license and own a bike/scooter (if applicable).

• Working smartphone with internet connectivity.

• Basic understanding of using delivery apps (training will be provided).

• Good physical health and stamina for on-field work.

• Punctual, honest, and dependable.
