Key Responsibilities:

• Pick up blood and other diagnostic samples from designated collection points.

• Ensure correct labeling and packaging of all samples before transport.

• Maintain a cold chain where required using appropriate storage containers (e.g., ice boxes, insulated carriers).

• Deliver samples to the laboratory within required timelines.

• Log all pickups and deliveries accurately using company-provided apps or forms.

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the transport equipment and vehicle.

• Follow biohazard safety protocols during collection and transport.

• Communicate with lab and operations teams for any delays or issues.

• Adhere to traffic rules and company safety policies.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum high school education or equivalent.

• Valid two-wheeler driving license.

• Prior experience in medical logistics or courier services preferred.

• Good knowledge of local routes and navigation apps (e.g., Google Maps).

• Basic understanding of medical sample handling and cold chain logistics.

• Punctual, reliable, and responsible.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Working Conditions:

• Field-based role with daily travel across designated zones.

• May involve early morning, evening, or weekend shifts.

• Required to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) when necessary.
