Ensure timely pickup and delivery of customer orders from the outlet.
Handle products with care to avoid damage during transit.
Maintain proper documentation of deliveries (delivery slips, cash receipts, etc.).
Collect payments and ensure accurate cash handling and reconciliation at the end of the shift.
Keep the vehicle clean and in good condition, reporting any maintenance issues immediately.
Provide excellent customer service and maintain brand reputation during customer interactions.
Coordinate with the store team for order readiness and route planning.
Follow all traffic rules and safety protocols.
Minimum 10th pass or equivalent.
Valid driving license (two-wheeler mandatory).
Own vehicle preferred (fuel allowance as per policy).
Knowledge of local routes and good navigation skills.
Polite and presentable with good communication skills.
Prior experience in retail / FMCG / food delivery is an advantage
