Auto Driver

We are looking for a reliable Auto Rickshaw Driver to join our transport team to provide safe and efficient commuter services. The role involves transporting passengers to designated locations while maintaining a high standard of customer service and vehicle hygiene. The position offers a competitive monthly earning potential of ₹18,000 – ₹28,000 (fixed salary) or an attractive daily incentive model (₹800 – ₹1,200 per day) depending on the shift and vehicle ownership status. Candidates must ensure smooth pick-ups and drop-offs, contributing to a comfortable travel experience.

Key Responsibilities:

· Transport passengers safely to their destinations following the most efficient routes.

· Maintain accurate logs of trips, distances, and fuel/electric consumption.

· Ensure the auto rickshaw is clean, fueled/charged, and in good working condition daily.

· Assist passengers with luggage and ensure their comfort during the ride.

· Handle cash and digital payments accurately and provide receipts when required.

· Adhere strictly to traffic laws and safety regulations to prevent accidents.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 8th Pass with a valid LMV-TR (Auto Rickshaw) Driving License and 0 – 2 years of experience. Candidates must have expert knowledge of local city routes, shortcuts, and traffic patterns. Freshers with good route knowledge and basic smartphone navigation skills are welcome. Prior experience in passenger transport and a valid Police Verification Certificate will be an added advantage.
