Video Editor

Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and motivated Video Editing Intern to join our team. The ideal candidate has a passion for storytelling through video, basic editing skills, and a willingness to learn. You will assist in editing videos for social media, marketing campaigns, and other digital content while working closely with the creative team.

Key Responsibilities

Edit raw video footage into engaging, high-quality content.
Add transitions, graphics, subtitles, music, and sound effects.
Create short-form videos for platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
Assist in color correction, audio enhancement, and basic motion graphics.
Organize and manage video files and project assets.
Collaborate with designers, marketers, and content creators to meet project requirements.
Ensure videos align with brand guidelines and deadlines.
Stay updated on current video editing trends and social media best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Basic knowledge of video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or CapCut.
Familiarity with Adobe After Effects is a plus.
Understanding of video formats, resolutions, and aspect ratios.
Creative mindset with attention to detail.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Portfolio or sample editing work is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree or certification in Media, Film, Mass Communication, Graphic Design, or a related field.
Experience creating content for social media platforms.
Basic knowledge of motion graphics and animation.
