Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and tech-savvy Video Editor & Social Media Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality video content and managing our brand’s presence across all social media platforms. You’ll turn ideas into engaging visual stories that drive online growth, engagement, and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

🎬 Video Editing

• Edit raw video footage into polished, engaging videos for social media, marketing campaigns, and advertisements.

• Add music, sound effects, graphics, and animations to enhance storytelling.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative video concepts.

• Maintain consistent visual style and brand identity across all videos.

• Stay updated with current video trends, styles, and editing techniques (especially for platforms like Reels, Shorts, and TikTok).

📱 Social Media Management

• Plan, create, and publish content across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).

• Develop monthly content calendars and posting schedules.

• Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and build an active online community.

• Track and analyze social media performance and suggest improvements.

• Run and monitor social media ad campaigns when required.

• Keep up with social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in video editing and social media management.

• Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro.

• Familiarity with Canva, Photoshop, or similar design tools.

• Strong understanding of social media platforms, content formats, and analytics.

• Excellent sense of timing, visuals, and storytelling.

• Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work independently or as part of a team.

• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Communication, or a related field (preferred, not required).

• Experience creating content for brands or influencers.

• Knowledge of paid social media campaigns (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, YouTube Ads).

• Portfolio or links to past video and social media work.
