ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a passionate and energetic Content Creator to own our entire digital content pipeline — from

ideation to shooting, editing, and publishing — across Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and Pinterest. You will work

directly with the founders, be part of a close-knit team, and have genuine creative freedom to shape the brand's voice

in the women's fashion and ethnic wear space. Shree Radha is already a known name in the market — your job is to

help scale that visibility further.

Interview Requirement

Come prepared with 3-4 original or inspired video ideas for our Instagram page. Show us how you think

independently and create content that moves people. Present each idea with a brief rationale — concept, format,

and the emotion you want to trigger.

OUR SOCIAL MEDIA PRESENCE

You'll be working across an established multi-account presence with a combined following of over 76,000 followers.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Ideate, shoot, edit, and upload 3-4 videos daily across platforms (including scheduling Sunday reels in advance)

• Work with experienced models; founders will serve as on-screen anchors for founder-led content

• Post consistently across Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and Pinterest — reels and static posts

• Direct shoots, manage framing and pacing, and maintain brand tone across all content

• Contribute to growing @shreeradha_couture — the newly launched premium segment — from the ground up

• Occasionally shoot at the factory, stitching units, godown, railway station, and airport (transport provided)

• Collaborate with the team on influencer marketing campaigns

Working Days 6 days/week | 1 fixed weekly off + 1 bonus day off per month

Daily Hours 7-8 hours/day (flexible, open to discussion)

Daily Output 3-4 videos shot, edited, and posted or scheduled per day Sunday pre-scheduled in advance; high-effort reels may shift timelines (acceptable)

Reels Shoot Locations Primarily Bhatar showroom | Factory | Stitching unit | Godown | Airport (transport provided)
