Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and manage Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook & Instagram) to drive leads, sales, and engagement.

• Develop and execute Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube) with a focus on ROI.

• Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting.

• Optimize campaigns with A/B testing, bid strategies, and audience segmentation.

• Collaborate with the creative team for ad visuals, copies, and landing pages.

• Track, analyze, and report campaign performance (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS).

• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing and ad platform trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Meta Ads & Google Ads.

• Strong knowledge of ad campaign setup, optimization, and scaling.

• Proficiency with Facebook Pixel, Google Analytics, and Tag Manager.

• Data-driven approach with analytical and reporting skills.

• Creativity in ad content and audience engagement.
