• Respond to queries and comments on Instagram, WhatsApp, Facebook, etc., promptly and professionally.

• Share product photos/videos/stories on social media daily.

• Post status updates, reels, and promotional offers to increase visibility.

• Coordinate with the creative team for designing product content and campaigns.

• Maintain a proper record of online inquiries and their conversion.
