### Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and result-oriented Social Media Marketing Executive to manage and grow our social media presence. The candidate should have good knowledge of digital marketing, content creation, social media management and audience engagement.

### Key Responsibilities

1. Manage and handle social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and LinkedIn.

2. Plan, create and schedule engaging social media posts, reels, stories and videos.

3. Develop monthly social media content calendars.

4. Create attractive creatives, banners and promotional content using Canva or similar tools.

5. Write engaging captions, hashtags and SEO-friendly content.

6. Manage social media campaigns and promotional activities.

7. Monitor audience engagement, comments, messages and inquiries.

8. Track social media performance and prepare regular analytics reports.

9. Stay updated with the latest social media trends, reels trends and digital marketing strategies.

10. Work with the team to promote workshops, webinars, courses and events.

### Required Skills

- Good knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and LinkedIn.

- Experience in social media management and marketing.

- Basic knowledge of SEO, hashtags and content marketing.

- Canva and graphic designing skills.

- Basic video editing skills (Reels/Shorts).

- Excellent communication and creative writing skills.

- Knowledge of Meta Business Suite and social media analytics.

- Ability to plan and execute marketing campaigns.

### Qualifications & Experience

- Graduate in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Mass Communication or a related field.

- 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred.

- Freshers with good practical knowledge and creativity can also apply.
