Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Marketing Executive to join our team at FASHASTIC ATTIRES (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED. As a part of our marketing team, you will be responsible for crafting engaging content, managing social media platforms, and executing both paid and organic optimization strategies. You will play a key role in driving brand awareness and engagement through creative and impactful campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Creation: Develop fresh, relevant, and creative content that aligns with our brand identity, targeting our audience effectively.

• Paid & Organic Optimization: Strategize and execute both paid (Meta Ads, Instagram Ads) and organic growth strategies to maximize engagement and reach.

• SMM Ads & Meta Ads: Handle end-to-end management of social media ads on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and other channels, ensuring proper targeting and optimization.

• Updated Trends & Reels Creation: Stay updated with the latest social media trends and create engaging Reels and Stories to boost brand visibility and audience interaction.

• Caption Writing & Content Development: Write engaging, on-brand captions that drive interactions, with a focus on storytelling and promoting brand value.

• Design & Photography: Use Canva for creating visually appealing graphics and handle basic photography and video editing to complement the content strategy.

• Analytics & Reporting: Track, measure, and report on campaign performance and social media metrics, providing recommendations for improvement. Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in social media marketing and content creation.

• Proficiency in Canva, basic photography, and video editing tools.

• Strong understanding of social media platforms (Meta, Instagram, etc.) and their advertising ecosystems.

• Ability to create engaging captions, content, and stories.

• Stay on top of current social media trends and adapt strategies accordingly.

• Strong communication and creative skills. Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in managing Meta Ads campaigns.

• Knowledge of SEO and content marketing strategies.
