About the Role
We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketer with hands-on experience in Google PPC and various paid social media advertising platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of performance marketing channels, and the ability to optimize campaigns to achieve high ROI.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize Google PPC campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max).
Manage and optimize paid campaigns across all major social media advertising platforms, including:
Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
LinkedIn Ads
Google ADs
Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.
Monitor daily campaign performance and make data-driven decisions to improve KPIs.
Prepare campaign reports with insights, analysis, and recommendations.
Conduct A/B testing on creatives, ad copy, targeting, and landing pages.
Work closely with content and design teams to create high-converting ad creatives.
Track conversions and ensure accurate reporting through Google Analytics, GTM, and other analytics tools.
Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital and performance marketing.
Required Skills & Qualifications
2+ years of hands-on experience in Google Ads and Social Media Ads.
Strong understanding of performance marketing, conversion funnels, and digital metrics.
Proficiency in Google Ads Manager, Meta Business Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and other ad platforms.
Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and tracking tools.
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data.
Good understanding of audience segmentation and campaign optimization.
Excellent communication and reporting skills.
Basic knowledge of SEO.
