Job Title: Social Media Marketing (SMM) Intern

Duration: 3–6 Months

Job Summary:

MapleCloud Technologies is looking for a creative and motivated Social Media Marketing Intern to assist in managing and growing our digital presence across social media platforms. This role is ideal for someone eager to learn hands-on social media marketing in a fast-paced IT environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Create engaging content (posts, captions, reels, stories) for platforms like Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, and X
Schedule and publish content as per the social media calendar
Monitor comments, messages, and actively engage with the audience
Research trending topics, hashtags, and competitor activity
Assist in client outreach and lead generation through social media platforms
Track basic performance metrics (reach, engagement, impressions)
Coordinate with the design and marketing team for content execution

Requirements:

Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Media, Mass Communication, or related fields
Basic knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing
Good written and verbal communication skills
Creative mindset with attention to detail
Familiarity with Canva, Meta Business Suite, or scheduling tools is an added advantage
Willingness to learn and work onsite from Noida Sector 63
