Loosking for Social Media Executive - 6 months to 1 Year Experience

The role involves content planning, daily posting, basic analytics, and coordination with the designer and marketing team.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day social media activities on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and X

- Plan monthly content calendars aligned with marketing goals

- Write clear and engaging captions, hashtags, and post descriptions

- Coordinate with designers for creatives and reels

- Schedule and publish posts

- Monitor comments, messages, and mentions and respond in a timely manner

- Track basic performance metrics such as reach, engagement, and follower growth

- Share simple reports and insights with the team

- Stay updated with social media trends, formats, and platform updates

Required Skills & Experience

- 1 year of experience managing social media accounts for a brand or agency

- Good command over written English (Hindi or regional language is a plus)

- Basic understanding of social media algorithms and best practices

- Ability to work with design teams and follow brand guidelines

- Basic knowledge of reels, short-form videos, and trending formats

- Familiarity with Canva or similar tools

- Understanding of content performance and audience behavior
