• Develop, implement, and manage creative social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).

• Create, curate, and optimize engaging content to drive brand awareness and audience engagement.

• Monitor trends, hashtags, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.

• Run paid social campaigns, track performance, and optimize for ROI.

• Analyze metrics and prepare regular performance reports.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of proven experience in Social Media Marketing/Optimization.

• Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and analytics tools.

• Creative mindset with excellent copywriting and content creation skills.

• Experience with paid campaigns (FB Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Instagram Ads) is a plus.
