Cognizant is hiring experienced professionals for the role of Social Media Support Executive. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in managing customer interactions over social media platforms like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.
Handle and respond to customer queries and complaints on social media platforms.
Maintain brand reputation by addressing customer concerns promptly.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve escalated issues.
Monitor social media trends and provide insights to improve customer engagement.
Document interactions and maintain case records with accuracy.
Education: Graduate in any stream (mandatory)
Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in social media support/customer service
Skills: Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written), understanding of social media platforms and customer interaction tools
Shift: Rotational Shifts
Working Days: 5 Days a Week
Week Offs: 2 Rotational Offs
