PR Manager – Podcast Guest Relations

About the Role

Soch Matters is looking for a smart, confident, and well-connected PR Executive who can handle podcast guest relations and build strong professional connections. Your main responsibility will be inviting impactful guests, coordinating with them, and managing end-to-end communication for podcast appearances.

Responsibilities

Reach out to entrepreneurs, creators, doctors, influencers, founders, professionals, and industry experts for podcast invitations
Manage guest communication through calls, WhatsApp, email, and social media
Coordinate podcast schedules and follow-ups
Build long-term professional relationships with guests and collaborators
Research trending personalities and potential podcast guests
Maintain guest database and conversation records
Coordinate with the content and production team before shoots
Ensure smooth guest onboarding and appearance experience

Requirements

Strong communication and convincing skills
Confident personality with professional approach
Good networking and PR skills
Basic knowledge of podcasts, social media, and branding
Ability to handle follow-ups and coordination professionally
Experience in PR, client handling, influencer outreach, media, or sales is a plus
