Job Description – Social Media Marketing Executive

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 1–2 years of experience in managing social media platforms, creating engaging content, and running paid advertising campaigns. You will be responsible for increasing brand awareness, generating leads, and improving our online presence through effective digital marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and grow social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
Plan, create, and schedule engaging posts, reels, and stories.
Run and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns.
Monitor campaign performance and prepare monthly reports.
Coordinate with the design and content teams for creative marketing materials.
Respond to customer queries and engage with followers on social media.
Research competitors and stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends.
Assist in planning and executing online marketing campaigns to generate leads.

Requirements:

1–2 years of experience in Social Media Marketing or Digital Marketing.
Good knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and social media platforms.
Basic understanding of Google Ads and SEO will be an added advantage.
Strong communication and content writing skills.
Creative mindset with good analytical abilities.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
