Social Media marketing executive

We are looking for an office coordinator to join our team, Skysketch India, to plan and run online marketing campaigns. The responsibility includes managing social media, SEO, paid ads and other digital initiatives/projects. The position offers an in-hand stipend of Rs. 10,000 during the provisional period of 6 months and a dynamic learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Making attractive templates & designs

• Improve social media platforms' presence through engaging content.

• Perform keyword research and improve SEO rankings.

• Track campaign performance, optimise spends when necessary and prepare reports.

• Work with design and content teams for smooth execution.

• Come up with innovative digital marketing campaigns & strategies. Social media promotions, like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc., preparing travel Blogs and content if required. SEO promotions for our website.

• Travel Arrangements: Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and transportation.

  Correspondence: Prepare and send emails, letters, and other correspondence on behalf of the Director.

  Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and record-keeping.

  Event Planning: Assist with planning and coordinating events, conferences, and meetings.

  Communication: Liaison with vendors, other business associates, and other employees.

  Confidentiality: Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

  Special Projects: Undertake special projects and tasks as assigned by the Director.

  The minimum qualification for this role is a graduate with 0 - 0.5 years of experience. To qualify for this job opening, you must have strong communication, multitasking ability and willingness to travel and work on the ground.

  The starting remuneration during the 3-month provisional period is ₹10,000. After 3 months, depending on your performance, it will be ₹12,000. Upon successful completion of the training period, your salary will be fixed at ₹13,500, based on your performance. There will also be opportunities for an increase in remuneration during the provisional period for exceptional performance.

  It's an entry-level job for a newcomer in our travel-related industry. We are a tour operator and travel agency located in Lenin Sarani, Kolkata – 700013, near Esplanade, as well as in Salt Lake Sector, near Sector 5 Metro Station. Our office hours are 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM from Monday to Saturday. Sundays and national holidays are off days, provided there is no travel-related work pending or any tour movement.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Knowledge of SEO/SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads and basic analytics is also important for this role.
