printable deliverables etc.

Party Bookings

Client record maintenance

Guest Issue Resolution 

School and Corporate visit Resolution of guest query

Upselling F & B overview & quality improvement

Explanation of the Puno card packages & attractions

Warm welcoming to the guest

Property show round

Inbound calls to attend & follow-up

Outbound Calls

Guest feedback & suggestions to note & forward to seniors
