Content Planning & Strategy Develop monthly and weekly content calendars. Plan social media campaigns aligned with business goals. Research industry trends and competitor activities. Createcontent ideas for brand awareness and lead generation. Social Media Management ManageFacebook,Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, X (Twitter), and other platforms. Schedule and publish posts consistently. Monitor comments,messages, and customer interactions. Maintain brandtone and communication standards. Content Coordination Coordinate with Graphic Designers and Video Editors. Ensure timely creation of creatives, reels, and promotional content. Assist in writing captions, hashtags, and content copies. Community Engagement Respond to customer inquiries and comments. Build relationships with followers and online communities. Encourage engagement through campaigns and contests. Analytics & Reporting Monitor social media performance. Trackreach, engagement, impressions, and follower growth. Prepare monthly performance reports. Suggest improvement strategies based on analytics.
