Role Overview
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Content Strategist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible to manage our brand’s online presence by developing, scheduling, and creating high-quality, engaging content across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.). Must be able to analyze performance metrics (KPIs) to refine strategies, drive brand awareness, and increase engagement, requiring skills in copywriting, design tools, and trend analysis.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media & Content Creation
• Develop and execute engaging social media content including reels, posts, stories, and short-form videos.
• Plan and manage the brand’s presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
• Shoot and edit photos and videos using mobile devices (iPhone) or cameras for social media content.
• Ensure content aligns with brand aesthetics, campaigns, and product launches.
• Write engaging captions, scripts, and storytelling content for social media platforms.
• Identify viral trends, reels formats, and digital content opportunities relevant to the brand.
• Comfortable both in front of the camera and behind the camera for content creation.
Founder & Brand Social Media Management
• Manage and support the founder’s personal social media presence along with the brand’s accounts.
• Maintain consistent brand voice and engagement across platforms.
• Coordinate content scheduling, posting calendars, and content planning.
Campaigns & Brand Marketing
• Contribute creative ideas for campaigns, product launches, seasonal promotions, and collaborations.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions for trend-based and creative marketing strategies.
• Support influencer outreach, brand collaborations, and digital marketing initiatives.
Exhibitions & Events
• Assist in planning and executing fashion exhibitions, pop-ups, and PAN-India brand events.
• Contribute ideas to improve booth presentation, brand storytelling, and customer engagement during exhibitions.
• Help create promotional content, reels, and live coverage from exhibitions and events.
Performance & Analytics
• Track and analyze content performance metrics (likes, reach, shares, views, engagement).
• Use insights and analytics to refine content strategy and improve brand reach.
• Optimize content formats for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube Shorts.
Skills & Qualifications
Experience
• 2–4 years of experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing.
Skills
• Strong content creation, storytelling, and copywriting skills
• Good understanding of Instagram reels, social media trends, and digital marketing
• Basic design skills using Canva, Adobe, or similar tools
• Knowledge of social media analytics and performance tracking
• Ability to shoot and edit photos and videos for social media content
• Strong communication, creativity, and multitasking ability
Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field
• Experience working with fashion, lifestyle, or apparel brands preferred
• Interest in fashion trends, branding, and digital storytelling
Work Schedule
Monday – Friday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Saturday: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Sunday: Weekly Off
