Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with business goals.

• Create engaging and relevant content (posts, reels, stories, videos, blogs).

• Manage daily posting, scheduling, and monitoring of all social media platforms.

• Increase brand awareness, engagement, and follower growth.

• Track performance metrics and prepare weekly/monthly reports.

• Run paid social media campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).

• Coordinate with the design and marketing teams for content planning.

• Respond to customer queries and comments promptly.

• Research industry trends, competitor activities, and new platform updates.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Media, Communication, or related field.

• 1–3 years of experience in Social Media Marketing (preferred).

• Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging platforms.

• Basic graphic designing/video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, etc.).

• Good communication and copywriting skills.

• Analytical mindset with understanding of insights, reach, impressions, and campaign metrics.
