Key Responsibilities
1. Social Media Management
• Develop and execute a monthly social media strategy and content calendar aligned with brand objectives.
• Manage all brand handles — Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other emerging platforms.
• Schedule, publish, and optimize posts using social media management tools.
• Engage actively with followers through comments, DMs, and community building.
• Collaborate with influencers, bloggers, and brand partners for campaigns.
2. Content Creation
• Conceptualize and produce high-quality photo, video, and written content (posts, reels, stories, blogs).
• Shoot and edit short-form videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and TikTok (if applicable).
• Write engaging captions, blog articles, and scripts with strong storytelling.
• Ensure all content is brand-aligned in tone, style, and visuals.
• Repurpose existing content into multiple formats to maximize reach.
3. Analytics & Performance
• Track, analyze, and report social media performance using platform insights and analytics tools.
• Optimize strategies based on performance data to increase reach, engagement, and conversions.
4. Campaigns & Ads
• Plan and run targeted social media ad campaigns to drive awareness and sales.
• Coordinate special promotions, festive campaigns, and product launches.
