Social Media marketing executive

We are looking for a Social Media marketing executive to join our team at Major Kalshi Classes Private Limited to plan and run online marketing campaigns. The responsibility includes managing social media, SEO, paid ads and other digital initiatives/projects. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹10000 - ₹25000 and a dynamic learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:
-Develop and execute content strategies for Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook.

-Create and publish engaging posts, reels, shorts, and stories.

-Write and optimize YouTube titles, descriptions, tags, and trending hashtags for better visibility.

-Design and upload custom thumbnails, cards, end screens, and playlists on YouTube.

-Research & use trending hashtags and captions for Instagram & Facebook to maximize reach.

-Manage daily posting, scheduling, and engagement across platforms.

-Handle community management – reply to comments, DMs, and build engagement.

-Track performance through analytics (reach, impressions, CTR, retention, engagement) and prepare -reports.

-Collaborate with content creators, editors, and designers for high-quality output.

-Stay updated with latest social media & YouTube trends to suggest growth strategies.

• Improve social media platforms presence through engaging content.

• Perform keyword research and improve SEO rankings.

• Track campaign performance, optimize spends when necessary and prepare reports.

• Work with design and content teams for smooth execution.

• Come up with innovative digital marketing campaigns & strategies.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 2 - 6 years of experience. Knowledge of SOCIAL MEDIA MARKETING (SMO) SEO/SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads and basic analytics is also important for this role.

• It is a Full Time Digital Marketing job for candidates with 2 - 3 years of experience.
