Developing and producing engaging content across various social media platforms (e.g., text, images, videos) to reach the target audience. Responding to comments, messages, and mentions on social media, engaging with followers, and building a strong community around the brand. Monitoring and analyzing social media performance using analytics tools to track key metrics, identify trends, and optimize strategies. Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing principles. Understanding of social media analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights). Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer). Strong written and verbal communication skills. Managing and optimizing paid social media advertising campaigns.
