Key Responsibilities
• Manage daily operations of social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, Facebook)
• Plan, schedule, and publish content aligned with brand guidelines
• Coordinate with design and marketing teams for campaigns and launches
• Handle comments, messages, and maintain brand reputation
• Track social media performance metrics and prepare reports
• Conduct competitor and industry benchmarking
Key Competencies
• Strong knowledge of social media trends, algorithms, and analytics
• Content planning, caption writing, and short-form video ideation
• Performance tracking using Meta and LinkedIn Insights
• Good communication skills and creative mindset
• Team-oriented with ownership and accountability Preferred (good-to-have)
Qualifications
• Experience in luxury, B2B, lifestyle, or brand-driven industries
• Basic understanding of SEO and website content alignment
• Photography or video shooting skills
• Exposure to influencer coordination or collaborations
• Familiarity with brand guidelines, approvals, and compliance processes
